TUITION All students are required to pay the first month tuition at the time of registration. This will cover September tuition and hold their place in the class. Tuition payments are then due on the first scheduled class of each month. Tuition payments are considered late after the 15th of the month. At that time, there will be a $15 late fee added to the family’s account. It is the responsibility of the parents/students to make payment to the front desk at the beginning of each month. If you do not regularly stop in to the studio, we encourage you to mail payment to the studio by the first of the month. All late notices or reminders will be sent by email. Tuition for November/December will be collected together and May/June will be collected together. There will be no refunds for tuition payment or costume payment. Make up classes for sickness and vacation are available. Attendance is very important so the student does not get behind in the class. We will take attendance each week, please call the studio (586)298-6875 if you are unable to attend class. All classes are subject to change due to low enrollment. We ask that parents be cooperative and understanding and we will place your child in another class. Tuition has been divided equally over 10 months, September through June. Therefore, tuition fees will remain the same each month whether there is 3, 4 or 5 weeks in a month. All parents will be invited into part of their child’s class on the first class of each month to view their progress. Family discounts For families that have two or more children and are taking 4 classes each, receive a 10% discount off each month tuition. For the serious dancers, there is an unlimited package. There is a family cap of $200 per month per child for unlimited classes. However, student must be serious and have good attendance and be in age and level appropriate classes. Two of those classes must be ballet. Weather Please check website or call before leaving your house if weather is bad to check for studio closing. Costume payment All Costume payments are due in December Competition/ company members This is for the more serious dancers. These classes or rehearsals will be held on a different day from your regular class schedule. Students will audition and will be placed in the appropriate groups according to their age and ability.
